性能特点：performance and features    
1.电气绝缘性能the electrical insulation performance   
   （1）体积电阻率：至少10的13次方欧姆/ cm. (ASTM D257)；
 
（1）volume resistivity: ≧ 1013Ω/cm (ASTM D257)  
   （2）每厘米厚度的绝缘电压达到1万KV，可为缠绕处提供安全的绝缘环境；使用0.5mm的厚度即可实现绝缘电压13.5KV，可满足绝缘要求，亦可称为硅胶高压自粘带；  
 
（2）the insulation voltage per a cm thickness shall be 10000KV, to provide the safe insulation environment for the wrapped part; the tape in 0.5mm thickness can provide the 13.5KV insulation voltage and meet the insulation requirement, it can also be named as silicon rubber high voltage self-adhesive tape.        
   （3）该产品的主要成分含有Si，即使在燃烧之后，生成SiO2,依然具有绝缘性能； 
 
（3）the main composition of this product includes Si, even after burning out, the generated SiO2still have the insulation feature. 
   （4）对于一些特殊要求的场合，也有完全阻燃的产品来提供完全绝缘安全的操作环境； 
 
（4）under some circumstances with special requirements, we shall also provide the products with complete flame retardant feature for the operational environment with insulation safety.  
   （5）具有优良的抗电晕性能、防电弧和防磁道性能，提供安全的工作环境。     
 
（5）with excellent performances in corona resistant, arc prevention and magnetic track prevention, to provide the safe working environment.   
 

2.耐温及耐老化性能  temperature resistance and anti-aging feature 
   （1）耐温范围-65℃～+260℃；最高耐温350℃； 
 
（1）this product can withstand the temperature range from -65℃～+260℃, and the max tolerable temperature is 350℃   
   （2）热稳定性180℃，在此温度下长期使用，产品可安全使用长达10年以上，耐老化性能优异；
 
（2）thermostability at 180℃, this product can be used safely under such temperature for more than 10 years, with the perfect anti-aging feature.    
   （3）在250℃环境下，在此温度下长期使用寿命长达3000小时；
 
   （3）under 250℃ temperature this product can be used for quite a long time to 3000 hours. 
 

3.密封防潮性能   sealing and humidity resistance performance
   （1）主要材料是硅橡胶，水汽不会透过硅胶带渗透，具有优异的防潮性能，实现有效绝缘；   
 
（1）the product is mainly made with silicon rubber, the water vapor couldn’t be permeated through the silicon rubber tape, it shall have the excellent humidity resistance performance, to realize the effective insulation accordingly; 
   （2）密封环保、阻燃、无毒、健康，本身固有阻燃作用，燃烧时生成无导电性的灰烬;用胶带缠绕后，以1/2重叠方式缠绕，常温下24小时之内实现自身融合，缠绕后各层永久融合成一层，而且该过程不可逆转，紧紧的贴合被缠绕处，由于服帖性好，即使在不规则弯曲部位也能紧紧贴合，不会翘边，实现密封功能，亦称自熔硅胶带。
 
（2）this product has the sealing, environment protecting, flame retardant, non-toxic and healthy advantages, itself has the inherent flame retardant effect, while burning it can only generate the ash without conductivity; while using it to wrap the article, to ensure the wrapping with 1/2 overlapped area, under ambient temperature it can achieve the self-fusion within 24 hours, after wrapping each layer shall be fused together permanently, and such procedure shall not be reversible, the tape will firmly cover the wrapped part. Due to its tight adhesive property, even on the irregularly bending part it can also firmly cover the part without tilting, to achieve the sealing function, it was so called as self-fusion silicon adhesive tape.      
 
   （3）自身粘结强度大，可达到：52g/mm；吸水性0.9％;可在21度水中浸泡48小时
 
   （3）it has the stronger bond strength with itself, even reach 52g/mm, with hydroscopicity 0.9%;To soak in 21℃water for 48 hours.

4.化学性能   chemical properties
   （1）具有抗氧化、抗臭氧作用；
 
（1）anti-oxidant and anti-ozone effect 
   （2）具有抗紫外线作用，耐天候性佳；
 
（2）anti-UV effect, better weather-resistant performance;   
   （3）主要材料是硅橡胶，具有良好的耐油及其它溶剂性，具备耐腐蚀作用
 
（3）main material is silicon rubber, with good performance for anti-oil and resistant to other solvent, with anti-corrosion effect.

5.机械性能  mechanical properties
   （1）具有优异的减震、隔热作用；
 
（1）perfect damping and thermal insulation effect ;
   （2）具有良好的抗机械冲击性能；
 
（2）quite good shock resistance performance;
   （3）拉伸率达到500%；
 
（3）stretch rate 500% 

6.使用方便convenient application
   （1）缠绕一层就起到良好的绝缘作用，减少了劳力和成本
 
（1）only one layer wrapping could achieve the better insulation effect, to reduce the labor and cost.
   （2）所有的胶带都有特制的隔离衬层加以保护，使用时去掉衬层可直接缠绕接触面。
 
（2）all the tape was protected by a special made isolation lining, while using to take off the lining and use the tape directly to the contact surface
   （3）后续需要维修时，刀片划开自熔胶带之后，自熔胶带即可很方便的脱落。
 
（3）while the subsequent maintenance is required, use the blade to cut the self-fused tape, it shall be easily dropped off.
 
  
7.使用方法   application method
 
（1）拉伸率达500%，缠绕时拉伸应为200%使用；
 
（1）stretch rate can be 500%, while wrapping to keep the stretch rate at 200% as normal use.
   （2）拉伸缠绕时重叠一半为宜，缠绕最后一圈自然搭接。
 
（2）while stretching and wrapping to arrange 1/2 overlapped part to cover the working part, and wrap the last round with natural connection.
 
 
 
8.主要用途：Main application
 
   用于变压器、线圈、机电、汽车线束、电动机的引出线头封密、不会进漆，橡塑电缆终端和中间连接的绝缘保护及通讯电缆接头的绝缘密封。是国内绝缘胶带中少有的一种新型产品。
 
    this product can be used for insulation and sealing in transformer, coil, auto harness, sealing on the outlet wire of motor without lacquer, terminal of rubber or plastic cable, the insulation prevention for intermediate connection and the connector of communication cable etc, it shall be the rare new product among domestic insulation tapes.
